Established 1990, Monk’s Grill is in a prime location of the best ski hills in North America – Whistler. Monk’s Grill was built to the specifications of the architecture with a roof garden and two beautiful courtyards mountainside heated. Because of the dual nature of the grill, a warm friendship ski bar for lunch and après-ski, plus a fine dinner in the evening, Monk’s has a chameleon like quality. Chateaux windows, spectacular views, fireplaces and granite add to the relaxed and informal style. The menu specializes in AAA first rib of beef, fine steaks, fresh seafood and west coast, all prepared with local ingredients. The wine list offers about 200 wines with a selection of old and new world with a strong emphasis on the wines of British Columbia.
