With a persistent desire to include mostly fresh ingredients in his menu of globally inspired Fraser Valley cuisine, Executive Chef Jeff Massey joins Restaurant 62 partner Eric Ferris in the quest to provide Valley residents with a culinary experience they won’t soon forget. For Massey it is all about the flavor. “I like to start with fresh product, stick to the classics and then update them. I want to highlight and focus on the main ingredients and really show their quality.”
