The food scene in Whistler is very dynamic, as you would expect from one of North Americas top ski area, and one of the top British Columbia Vacation destinations, which will soon host the winter Olympics. To get noticed among the many restaurants in Whistler requires something special - and Bear Foot Bistro has it. With very inventive dishes served in three or five courses, it is like an avant-iron cooking fields, depending on the dinner.

Established 1990, Monk’s Grill is in a prime location of the best ski hills in North America – Whistler. Monk’s Grill was built to the specifications of the architecture with a roof garden and two beautiful courtyards mountainside heated. Because of the dual nature of the grill, a warm friendship ski bar for lunch and après-ski, plus a fine dinner in the evening, Monk’s has a chameleon like quality. Brasserie L’école in Victoria

Brasserie L'école in VictoriaBrasserie “l’école” is the little French café in Victoria owned and run by Sommelier Marc Morrison and Chef Sean Brennan.

The restaurant opened December 14th, 2001 and has won many awards and honors since such as Best Restaurant in Victoria (2007 Vancouver Magazine Awards) and One of Canada’s Top Wine Savvy Restaurants (Wine Access Magazine 2005). Brasserie “L’école” has been suggested by media such as the New York Times (June 11, 2004), Martha Stewart Weddings (Spring 2002), Travel & Leisure (June 2003), Conde Nast Traveler and National Geographic Traveler (September 2005).

Delicado’s in Nanaimo

For numerous reasons Delicado’s is one of the most successful restaurants in Nanaimo. It’s a funky, high energy restaurant/cafe that cries personality, converting into a fun and exciting atmosphere.
